Asha Cabaca is an artist from Ontario, Canada, who is currently based in Morgantown, West Virginia. Taking a multi-media approach to sculpture, she creates structures inspired by nature, industry, and absurdist literature. Asha graduated with her MFA in Sculpture from West Virginia University in May 2025, where she also taught 3D Foundations and Introduction to Sculpture. She has exhibited work in Ontario and the eastern U.S. Asha recently exhibited her work in the 2025 Juliet Art Museum Invitational at the Clay Center in Charleston, WV, and in Found and Fabricated, a two-person show with Molly Davis at the Galactic Panther satellite gallery in Alexandria, Virginia. Functional Uncertainty at Owensboro Community and Technical College in Kentucky was her first solo show in the USA, and she has previously exhibited work in New York, West Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, Indiana, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Alabama, as well as in Ontario and Quebec in Canada.
